Order cancellation policy

The customer can cancel his order for any reason he wishes by telephone or email, within two (2) business days and provided that the products have not been shipped.

Product return terms

Products for return will only be accepted in the following cases:

– Which are defective

– Which are not what the customer ordered.

Returns will not be accepted for any other reason. It is recommended to contact us before ordering for any questions. Finally, upon receipt of your products, please check for any defects that may exist so that we can replace them.
